Amazon Seller Central Management

Seller Central is where most of your account's routine work happens, and it is easy for that work to pile up. SellerDesk performs the recurring tasks you delegate, documents what was changed, and routes anything significant back to you.

What the service covers

Catalog updates
Applying approved edits to product data, attributes and variations.
Listing monitoring
Checking for inactive, suppressed or changed listings and logging what needs action.
Operational notifications
Reviewing Seller Central messages and notices, then classifying them by urgency.
Account data maintenance
Keeping product, shipping and account information current across the account.
Coordination of approved changes
Preparing changes for your sign-off and recording them once implemented.

How account access works

Access is arranged during onboarding using Amazon's own user-permission features rather than shared passwords. The permissions you grant define what we can do, and the written scope defines what we will do.

What needs your approval

  • Edits to titles, claims, images or product identifiers
  • Changes to shipping, returns or tax settings
  • Creating or removing user accounts and permissions

Scope and boundaries

  • We never ask for your Seller Central password through the website or inquiry forms.
  • Access is granted by you through Amazon's user permissions, with the least privilege needed for the agreed work.
  • You can review or revoke access whenever you choose.

Common questions

Can SellerDesk manage daily Seller Central tasks?

Yes. Routine catalog, listing, notification and data-maintenance tasks can be delegated under an agreed scope.

What permissions are required?

Only those needed for the agreed work, granted by you as an account user. We will list the specific permissions during onboarding.

Will you ever need my password?

No. Please never send credentials through a form or email.
